Parent Information
This page is dedicated to the Parents of our students. The goal is to provide parents with useful information about JMHS policies, procedures and important dates. This information should prove useful in providing a proper education for our students.

Categorical Committees /Council (CEAC,ELAC,SSC)

Schools receive funding from the federal and state government for enrichment and supplemental materials . One of the mandates of these programs is PARENT INVOLVEMENT. The federal and state government require parents to be involved in the planning and evaluation of the budgets and programs. Without your involvement and participation, John Marshall High School may lose these funds.

The following committees decide funding priorities for the school:
  • School Site Council (SSC)
  • English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)
  • Compensatory Education Advisory Committee (Title I - CEAC)
Get involved at our school by attending the Elections for each of the committees and council. You will also learn more about these programs and the benefits they provide for the students.
