The Food Services Division is implementing a Point-of-Service (POS) system at the school over the next few weeks. The POS will eliminate the use of tickets and meal cards and issues related to forgotten, lost or stolen tickets or meal cards!
 
At your school, students will be identified by using a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). The student will key their PIN in the keypad at each cashier station, and the cashier will then identify the student based on the PIN and the school photo that appears on the monitor screen.
 
During the first few days, the cafeteria lines will probably move slower than usual. It is very important that the students know their PIN. They will be asked to practice entering their PIN durin gthe week prior to rollout. Please have them learn their PIN at home.
 
You can deposit cash into your student's account at the cafeteria. In the future, anyone with an account will be able to pre-pay via the internet and track balances.
 
The Food Services Division appreciates yoru assistance and support on this projects. We are looking forward to providing nutritious meals for all of our students this year.

Whooping Cough also known as Pertussis, is a highly contagious disease cause by a bacteria that can spread from person to person and through air droplets. It can cause cold like symptoms such as severe coughing with a high-pitched whoop, vomiting and disturbed sleep.

Get the shot at the Health Center on Marshall's campus. Enter from Griffith Park Blvd. Health Center Hours: Mon. & Tues. 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Wed. 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. and
